A traditional dental implant is a small titanium screw placed in the jaw to support a replacement crown. Teeth in a Day uses four to six implants spread across your jaw to support a full smile.
At the front of your jaw, we’ll place two upright implants. Further back on either side, we’ll use two more, angled to access more of the bone below for improved support.
Once in place, we create your bespoke replacement smile, a lifelike set of perfectly-formed teeth that act and feel like the real thing. Natural-looking and fully functioning.

PREPARATION
Comfort is everything; we want you to have a pain-free experience. We’ll give you an anaesthetic and help you relax before the procedure.

PLACEMENT
Once your mouth is anaesthetised, we’ll begin. Throughout the procedure, we’ll talk to you and let you know what’s happening next, and we can take breaks. This whole step will take just one day.
After placing the implants, we’ll give you a temporary set of teeth to wear until your implants are firmly set. If you’re impressed by these teeth, wait until you see your finished smile.
