We have just recently completed a invisalign treatment for a patient from Oadby in Leicester. A few days after completion she phoned the practice to say
1. She was completely thrilled with her new smile.
2. She always looked forward to coming to the practice and enjoyed her visits and chats to the staff.
3. She explained she never experienced the level of service in the past in other businesses and dental practices.
4. Finally she said that we had the best team!
A few days later she sent a card expressing her gratitude.
The team and I feel great when we have feedback like this, because we are always always trying to offer the best service possible, and deliver a 5 star service.
