Libby is a Qualified Dental Hygienist / Dental Therapist and qualified from Leeds Dental Institute
She has worked in Dentistry for 19 years, she has experience in all roles within the dental team.
Dentistry is a real passion of hers,she finds all elements of dentistry interesting and amazing really to see all the gradual changes over the years in the technology and design – which really does enable us to create something truly brilliant.
Her particular interest is the welfare of gums – the very foundation of everything – healthy gums = healthy mouths.
She enjoys working at the Dental suite because all team members all have different work skills but as a team we have all the knowledge and tools required to be able to provide healthy mouths. We work wonderfully together to create tailor made treatment plans. The dental suite embraces all new dental concepts and is constantly striving to expand their skill base, which allows us to provide the best possible care to our patients. This being the most important thing.
There is no greater feeling than knowing that she has helped a patient to develop their oral hygiene skills and by doing so have improved their oral health and now they have a healthy mouth and a healthy smile. She loves it.
Outside of work:
She enjoys reading, socialising, walking her dog (Teddy),dancing and hula hooping.
