Our Practice
The Dental Suite has been established for over 20 years. Since its inception, the practice has strived for clinical and customer excellence. The practice has always attracted patients from all over the country and abroad due to its unique atmosphere and personal touch to patient care.
What makes us different ?
Our commitment to personal attention
I feel that my patients realise my commitment to personal attention. This is one of the important elements that I think separates my practice from other dentists. It has always been my intention to make patients feel at home at the Dental Suite.
This goes well beyond simply being polite while performing your dental care.
There is an obvious, warm quality that goes along with genuine personal attention. It is our goal for our patients to experience this when they come to us for a visit. Why? It's how we really feel. So, it is important to us that you know this.
How many times do you go to a business or a professional service and you feel like a number? You are the next one in line, so now it is your time to get your service. That is not how we operate here and, every once in a while, I like to make it a point for our team to focus on this fact.
When you visit us for your dental needs, we want you to feel our genuine interest in your care. Call it personal attention..... but it is all about caring.
Technology
We believe that modern technology helps us achieve excellent clinical results and helps our patients feel comfortable in our practice.
Patients have access to:
DVD goggles
Large flat screen TV
CD player
to help them relax and feel at home during treatment.
The large flat screen TV is also a great educational tool for our patients, as I frequently show many slideshows of before and after cases that I have carried out. I also show presentations of different treatments that we carry out.
We also have digital xray machine. This reduces radiation dose by about 80% and does not require noxious chemicals for developing.
The intra-oral camera is another invaluable tool in our practice. How many times have you been to the dentist and been told that you require a filling? In our practice, we have this small camera that allows us to show you what' s happening in our mouth. This is also a great educational tool for both children and adults.
I also use a digital SLR camera to take high standard photos to be sent to the lab, to allow them to produce a high quality restoration that looks natural.
