This pleasant gentleman attended the surgery as a very nervous patient. He was extremely anxious and had not seen the dentist for many years. The patient attended complaining of loosing all his upper teeth. He did not want a denture , therefore an option was given to do implants with fixed bridges. The patient had 6 implants placed with resin composite fixed bridges. The patient was very happy with the final result and we finished in time for his daughters wedding.

The patient was referred by a dentist for 2 implants for 3 teeth at the front of the mouth.This was a difficult cosmetic case because we were limited with the space to fit three teeth. We completed a bone graft and bridge , and the patient and his dentist was happy with the final result.

The patient presented a wish to improve the cosmetic of his front teeth. He also presented with wear on his front teeth . We firstly corrected his bite and then constructed 8 high quality veneers on his front teeth. He was overjoyed with final result.

This pleasant lady attended to improve the cosmetic of her front teeth. Option of invisible braces were given. The patient did not want this , but wanted high quality veneers to be placed on her front four teeth. We initially made a mock up of her finished smile in her mouth, which she was able to take home and show her friends and relatives, before even touching the teeth!. After her approval we started the process of making her approved high quality veneers. She was ecstatic with the final result.

This lady, in her 40s, presented to the surgery with her hand covering her mouth. She was embarrassed and nervous of dental treatment. She presented with mobile teeth and bleeding gums because of her gum disease. After consultation with Dr Bohara and our hygienist, she attended the hygienist for several visits to have gum treatment. Her teeth are now stable and she sees the hygienist ever 3 months for regular maintenance. Her confidence has sky rocketed and she seems like a different person from the one we initially saw.

This pleasant lady presented with concerns of the cosmetics of her upper teeth and receding gums. We initially improved her gums. After joint consultaion with Dr Bohara and our master technician we planned to improve the cosmetics of the upper teeth by carrying out a combination of crowns and veneers, and stabilising the bite. The patient was very happy with the final result.

This gentleman presented wanting to consider implants with fixed bridges on his upper jaw. He had been wearing an upper denture for 30 years, which was loose and very uncomfortable. After thorough research he decided to go for dental implants. We placed 6 dental implants and a fixed bridge was constructed. Note the improved lip support as well as having good looking teeth. The patient could now eat an apple comfortably and without the embarrassment of his denture falling out!
