Dr Raha Sepehrara wins Best Young Dentist Award Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough

The Dental Suite is proud to announce that our dentist Dr Raha Sepehrara has won the award for Best Young Dentist in the Midlands 2009!

We could not be any happier, with Dr Kalpesh Bohara winning the title in 2008, this is the first time that a husband and wife have both been nominated and won the same award.

Both Kal and Raha are so dedicated to what they do and they genuinely care about their patients and their staff. Come and see them in our Leicester or Loughborough practices and they will do their best to help you achieve the smile you always wanted!

Dr Kalpesh Bohara on ITV central news

Following the well-deserved win at the Dentistry awards as Best Young Dentist in the Midlands, Kal was asked to do interviews for the local media.

Kal appeared in the Leicester Mercury, in the Loughborough Echo and on ITV central news.

The interviews highlighted Kal’s success in treating patients nervous about dental treatment. During the interviews Kal spoke about the importance of educating patients and explaining treatments to them in order to reduce fears of dental treatment. He discussed what methods he uses to make sure his patients feel comfortable and relaxed during treatment. Using distraction methods, such as large flat screen tvs, relaxing music, massage chair, dvd goggles have all proved to be very successful relaxation tools. For the very nervous, Kal offers IV sedation.
